FlowOS Lab: The Build Sessions (LIVE)
We’re LIVE! Over the next 3 days, I’m building the AI workflow that solves my own client delivery challenges and gives you ideas for your business.

Day 3: Map Your Flow + Upgrade Paths - Finalization
Friday, Feb 6
9AM - coffee
10AM - double check last nights work on knowledge library
12:30PM - The agent buildout has started…finally…
3PM - FlowMapper v0.1 is deployed - time for the first messy test
6:45PM - v0.4 and first solid communication flow and summary. I predict at least 5-7 more test versions before getting few live testers.
THE END: 10:50 PM - v0.7 tested. Still needs a few more iterations but I will end our sprint here. Included a small final demo and of course my recording setup had to mess up mic, so no audio. We’ll repeat the demo once I get to v1.0, probably on Monday…
SPRINT OVERVIEW
More specifically, I’m rebuilding my retention diagnostic system in public this week.
Everyone’s using AI to create more content, images, automations.
I’m showing what happens when you point it at the “black box” nobody talks about - what actually happens between when someone says yes and when they exit your world.
Where do clients drift? Where do upgrade moments appear? Where does retention revenue disappear?
Watch the intro video to see what I mean:
Day 1 (Wed): BusinessDNA Agent
The onboarding agent every client goes through first.
It captures their business model, offers, and client journey through dynamic questions - then saves everything to memory.
So no matter what we’re doing together (workshop, mentorship, VIP day), I always know their full business picture.
This becomes the foundation for everything else.
Day 2 (Thu): Map Your Flow + Upgrade Paths
Two connected agents that work together based my core business frameworks:
Map Your Flow - Where do clients get stuck? Where does momentum die? Where do they drift?
Upgrade Paths - Where are the natural moments to introduce renewal or upgrade offers? What could those offer be?
By the time clients finish these two agents, I’m 60-70% done with their strategy before we even talk.
When we get on the call, we spend our time on what actually matters - not gathering basic info.
Day 3 (Fri): ClientFlow Pulse
Weekly momentum check-in rituals while we’re working together.
Helps me understand what’s happening with clients week-to-week at scale.
Not giving me advice on what to tell them - just showing me the signals so I can proactively reach out when needed.
Bonus: Also spots testimonial-worthy moments in real-time.
What You’ll Get From Participating
Ideas for your own business
See how AI can optimize onboarding, personalization, and client tracking in coaching, programs, and memberships.
The thinking behind the build
Not just “here’s the tool” but “here’s why this solves the problem.”
Your own gaps mapped out
Most founders watching will see exactly where their black box is broken.
Real system design in action
Not theory - actual build sessions solving real delivery challenges.

What you get:
You run through the agents I’m building this week
I review your materials before our call

DAILY LOGS
Day 1: Building BusinessDNA
1PM - Preparing materials and workflow logic
2PM - Challenge: unexpected construction work next door and can’t record live videos
4PM - Updating onboarding questions list
- make the initial onboarding part lighter
- make sure AI doesn’t ask too many follow up questions
- create logic for system to check client’s URL and extract data first5PM - food…
8PM - “BusinessDNA” agent v0.1 deployed and ready for testing
9PM - v0.2 deployed and tested
Feb 5 (continuation)
9AM - v0.3 deployed and tested - still providing too generic info and decided to add one more important question (lesson: always make sure to have all you questions before you start the build)
12:30 - v0.4 deployed and tested
95% done, and it’s usable…completing day one.
Day 2: Map Your Flow + Upgrade Paths
Thursday, Feb 5
1PM - Second day tasks started (had to finalize day one agent, and BusinessDNA v0.4 is now operationa) (check day one logs below
4PM - way more complex than I thought if I want to make it have insightful conversation instead of being chat version of a long form
4:30PM - gym time
6PM - logic, constraints and data flow almost done so I’ll start building v0.1 soon, today is going to be a long night.
9PM - decided to recreate structure and instead of 2 agents, build one agent for better consistency, memory and user flow - rebuilding knowledge library as well (source of truth for agent)
11:30PM - knowledge library almost done
12:00AM - designing “memory” for agent to keep learning based on people going through diagnostic so it can ask better questions based on different business types and offers
1:45AM - memory + learning loop done…good night world
Let’s build and have fun.
-Filip
