"Sir, we are not on a bazaar"
A mid-air bazaar, one tired flight attendant, and a quiet Black Friday deal waiting for you at the end of this letter.
On my recent flight to Saudi Arabia I got to witness something completely out of this world for me.
An elder Saudi man sat down next to me, looked me straight in the eyes and opened with:
“You are very lucky.”
Not because we were in the exit row with extra legroom.
Because, as he proudly explained, I was sitting next to his brothers.
One by one he pointed them out across the aisle. There were five of them, all traveling back from a business trip in Istanbul.
I realized I had randomly been dropped into a flying family reunion.
Within minutes I learned about his two wives, his brother’s four wives, their businesses, and how Riyadh is changing with the new generation.
Not in a good way, according to him.
“They forget the old ways, they forget tradition.”
At some point in our conversation he decided he wanted a bottle of water.
The flight attendant came over, told him the price: 150 Turkish Lira (that’s 3 euros).
And that is when the show started.
He immediately pretended he did not hear the price well.
The attendant repeated it in a calm and professional manner.
My new friend nodded, reached for his wallet and handed over 100 Lira.
Then he just… stopped.
The attendant gently asked for the remaining 50.
Silence.
Another smile and polite reminder.
Nothing.
The elder winked at me, then slowly started peeling off 10 Lira notes.
One…
Two…
Three…
Four…
And again he stopped, as if this was a perfectly reasonable place to end the transaction.
At this point the attendant was still smiling, still kind, but you could see the “please don’t make this my life right now” flicker in his eyes.
I felt more for him than for my new friend.
He was just trying to do his job and had accidentally walked into a live episode of “bargaining Olympics” at 10,000 meters.
He tried one more time.
“Sir, we are not on a bazaar.”
With great reluctance, my new friend gave him the final 10 Lira, like a man surrendering a family fortune.
The bill was finally settled
He turned back to me, grinned, and said:
“Welcome to Saudi Arabia. This is in our blood.”
Well my quiet penpal, I have an offer for you today, and haggling is not in my blood.
You will not need to negotiate a better price because I already did something sweet for you.
I have put together my own version of a Black Friday offer, with a Saudi twist, and let’s call it Bazaar Week.
The rules are simple:
There will be 3 offers for you to choose from
Bazaar will last for a week
Every day the price is going up a bit (so if you get it immediately Monday you will have the best deal)
Bazaar Week includes:
1. Bundle: VA Delegation Menu + Retention Engine Workshop
BAZAAR OFFER: discounted bundle price
For when you are not ready for direct 1:1 work yet, but want your existing clients to stay, refer, and return without everything depending on you.
Get my VA Delegation Menu with 13 essential client retention processes, step-by-step instructions, and communication scripts your VA can start using immediately
In a 90-minute Retention Engine workshop, design 3 simple flows for renewals, referrals, and reactivations so clients keep growing with you
I’m including templates, a simple tracker, and replay access so these systems keep running even when you are focused on delivery
2. Client Flow Upgrade Audit
BAZAAR OFFER: special first-come-first serve beta testing deal
For when you want a no BS game-plan to improve retention from the clients you already have that you can implement on your own.
Start with a guided AI diagnostic that maps your client journey and pinpoints where momentum drops, upgrades are missed, and revenue quietly disappears
Then we get on a focused 90-minute 1:1 call to turn those findings into a concrete upgrade plan for your next 60–90 days
You leave with clear priorities, simple changes to act on immediately, and a short list of retention wins to go after first, not another vague list of “ideas”
3. Client Flow Mentorship
BAZAAR OFFER: a chance to work with me 1:1 at a group price terms
For established entrepreneurs who are done with the launch-relaunch rollercoaster and want predictable retention revenue, with me in your corner 1:1 for 12 weeks.
Work directly with me to install the Retention Multiplier Method™ around your existing program: better results, natural upgrades, and simple retention systems
Turn breakthrough moments into renewals, and referrals instead of “end of program, see you never again”
Includes everything from #1 and #2, so you get strategy, a concrete upgrade plan, and delegation systems your team can run without you
If any of these made you think:
“Yeah, this is what I actually need right now”
then here is the only step for today:
Hit reply and tell me which one you are interested in.
Just the number is enough, and I’ll let you personally know few hours before going live.
We officially go live on Monday morning 10AM EST.
I will follow up with details, the daily price ladder, and how to claim your spot.

What an experience!
